Any troupe, group or production company, whether professional or amateur, that intends to perform one of our plays/musicals MUST obtain written permission from Majesty Publishing AND obtain a license to perform.
 
This license is intended for amateur performance(s) only. If you are a professional company or if you are performing this show as a fundraiser, then you MUST contact Majesty Publishing for a custom license agreeement.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Legally Binding):
If you are performing a ticketed show, i.e. tickets are being sold, then you MUST purchase the License to Perform Ticketed Shows (+ 10% ticket sales).
In additional to renting the script and buying the license, you must obtain written permission from Majesty Publishing to perform.
You MUST inform Majesty Publishing in advance of the date(s) and time(s) of any planned performance(s).
You MUST report your final ticket sales to Majesty Publishing within 7 days of the box office closing.
You MUST pay 10% of all ticket sales to Majesty Publishing within 30 days of the performance(s).
